For decades, the accounting
profession has priced its services using an “hourly” mentality
(i.e., the number of hours worked multiplied by an hourly rate
equals the price). One of the most significant drawbacks of this
method is that the price is not determined until the work is
complete. Additionally, pricing by the hour discourages clients from
calling and seeking professional advice.
We believe our clients deserve an upfront price for their
accounting, consulting, and tax services. As such, Snyder & Company
is a pioneer in the concept of “value pricing” our services,
and provides an agreed upon upfront price with our clients. In doing
so, we are fostering an open communication relationship with
our clients.
